Pavlo and Drain 1 Plumbers came highly recommended from a friend and he and his team did not disappoint. They were very careful when taking apart my basement floor and kept everything tidy at the end of the day after excavating and repairing the stack pipe. They were extremely professional and knew exactly what the problem was from the start. They replaced a cast iron stack pipe in the floor and installed a new sump pump and then repaired the concrete floor in just 2 days. I now have a working bathroom and will have a dry basement floor! Thank you so much guys!

Following a flood we contacted Drain 1. A random choice but so glad that we did. They were on site within 2 hours. They were on time and on budget. Their work ethic and care for our home was exceptional. They were responsible for ensuring permits were obtained as well as rebates from the City of Toronto. Drain 1 were excellent in all respects.
